Saw an OB coupe, tinted windows, looked lowered, probably an '05 - Caucasian guy, about late 20s, on 101 South by Fallbrook exit, I guess that's West HIlls around 1145pm. I was the girl in the stock DG coupe that gave you the peace sign and you nodded your head.
