That OB coupe is me. You'll see my car around the East Village area of Downtown SD 4-5 days out of the week.
I was there! Mostly at the boat ramp. I hate this command soooo much!
Yesterday on Manchester in Westchester I saw a 2nd gen black sedan on black wheels first I saw you in the 7-11 parking lot and I flashed my lights then I saw you a couple more times by the police academy..you seemed lost since you were going back and forth around the neighborhood.
