So i went to glendale infiniti today to get my wheel locks taken off cause i dont have the key. I worked with AC(his name lol)(assistant manager) and he was awesome, really cool guy. He charged me $50 for them to take the lug nuts off, and even replaced them with regular lugnuts for free. Did an inspection and washed my car too and didnt scratch it, and hes gonna hook me up to get my other key fob programed. So anyone who goes to Glendale infiniti ask for AC!

And they replaced my headlights, i guess they werent recalled yet

Glendale is where I go now because Metro Infiniti screwed up my wheels and never took responsiblity for it. They've been great, and when I had one issue with them, they fixed it immdiately.

haha. Yea i bought my car at Metro but i've had my services done at Glendale because it's closer and friendlier.

Glendale has it's moments but they are pretty cool over all. They tried to give me a hard time at first with my oil consumption problem but in the end they replaced my engine and only took a week to actually make the swap. I don't know if Jessie is still there or not but if he is, Jessie is a cool guy too.

AC is cool he's my Service guy. always takes care of me.

bald guy?? i went to glendale infiniti to get my passenger side lower door molding(the painted one) covered. and they told me its not covered under warranty. went to metro and they fixed it with no trouble. they even gave my new visors.

wtf $50? there was a dyno day a while back and i forgot to bring the key my wheel locks. drove to the nearest infiniti dealership and they didn't charge me anything to take 'em off and replace with standard nuts. slipped the tech $10 and was on my way...

based on experience: glenburg infiniti sucks.
