Showstopper sucks!!

well after buying a Seibon VS carbon-fiber lip from Showstoppers, i was left high and dry after installation.......the lip didnt fit properly and there were overhanging issues where the air vents on my oem bumper and lip lined up....or didnt lined up for that matter.......tried several times to reach jim and his crew at ShowSsoppers and seems these guys wanted nothing to do with helping me resolve this matter....!! i had offered to drive in to their shop several times so they can see for themselves the fitment issues with the lip, but nothing...... i have dealt with many shops over the past years and i must say that Showstoppers is definitely one of the worst shops when it comes to customer service and backing up what they sell to their customers....at lease me.

So i dont recommend anyone gambling their time and money on these guys/Showstoppers......and i will definitely do what i can to prevent any of my peeps and circle of friends from ever doing biz with them, ever!! So now, i'm gonna have to dish out sum bucks to get this lip to fit properly ..... thats what i get for not gettin my stuff thru Street Image...........OH WELL, live and learn.

Another unsatisfied customer.....

This is exactly why i have not recommended anyone getting my cf trunk thru them. I got very very lucky i got this, took 3-4 months to get it.

Their communication skills are very poor AFTER you pay.

Seriously, what do you expect out of cf/fiberglass products.
Most of the time, they dont fit properly anyways.

Just get oem kit and call it a day if you dont want to deal with fitments.
Urethane > fiberglass/cf.

They cant offer guaranty for all bodykit parts anyways..

no way man, chuck at showstoppers gave me his word and gurantee that if there were ANY fitment issues, he'd back up his sale/product with me.......and that never happened...!!.....all i'm asking for is for a retailer to keep their word when they give it! thats just good business.....but after seeing their "shop" , i relize that these guys will say anything and push anything to get a buck....

and i'm defintely not wasting my time to drive over to their "shop" to resolve anything with these FOOLS...i would rather fix it myself and save a bunch to time and energy dealing with a bunch of loosers like showstoppers, i've learned my lesson...!!

I've read enough bad about them to stay away and keep anyone I know from buying parts from them.

Told my buddy some GT Spec stuff was instock and ready to ship. My A$$ it was ready to ship, it shipped from GT Spec weeks later. Stay away and keep your friends away. Hit and miss parts and service is a joke.

I believe there is only one showstoppers, and it is in Monrovia.

OP, I sent a message to Jim, hopefully you'll find some resolution to this.
