Question about Nav traffic

Does anyone know if the Nav traffic will work on a 2005 G35 coupe with Nav? My XM works fine, but I can't get the live traffic to work. I've called XM and had the signal resent about 5 times now. Any ideas?

Well when I call XM, they seem to think it will work. My free subscription of the Nav Traffic is almost up and then I will start getting charged for it. I'm not going to pay for something that I can't get to work.
