deanfootlong, what'd you have done? I've met Scott at a couple of the meets and he always seems receptive. No hardcore sales or bragging, just informative. He deserves a fair shake. The guys on my350z are brutal.

cool guys

This is all good to hear. I am new to the area and I met up with them when I was refered to them to check out why my "service engine soon" light was on.
They checked it, told me what it was and cleared the light off for free. They also told me to come back if it comes on again. I will probably go back to them when I get more money to spend $$$$.

Scott's taken care of my G and my brother's G from head to toe. Plus our toyota trucks. Scott's relationship with Jim Wolf is gold and they have put in so many hours into my brothers TT G it's unbelievable. They do great work and more importantly honest work. They are a far cry from VRT. Night and Day comparison. We continue to go to Scott for all kinds of things: from TT kit and engine rebuilds to just new tires and wheels, to install of brake pads. It's a shame that he got a bad rap since he was in the shadow of VRT. Mark and Scott's work is quality and many people have thrown him under the bus without ever dealing with him.

I know this thread is old but just wanted to say Scott is a great guy. I bought a used Greddy TT kit from him and he was straight up to the point about the kit. I ended up taking my car and kit to Project Import in LA and have to say, it was a total nightmare. Took about 6 months to complete the install and random hiccups kept coming along. Overcharged me and took me for granted. Even after I received the car back I had issues. Clutch was installed poorly which made me not even drive the car. I took it to Scott and he evaluated the car and did a great job pointing out all the mistakes they did which I can clearly see. Gave me a huge discount on the new install of some new parts and I'm very pleased with his work and advice. I go to him on everything and would recommend his shop for any VQ drivers. Don't do business with Project Import.
