Clean shots btw...
Early morning(clear image) or 1 hour before sunset are great hours.
But you can still shoot at high noon, but you'll need strobes and definitely diffuser panels large enough to bring the light down a few stops.
I don't know import models, but have contacts to some fashion models, if things dont work out. Rates are negotiable for the models, but a little high

Well, dang, call me cheap, but I was hoping to maybe pay like $200 or less for a done deal, but man, if it really is that expensive to hire a model, I better just stick to hiring Steve to model...jk. lol.
