Clean shots btw...
Early morning(clear image) or 1 hour before sunset are great hours.
But you can still shoot at high noon, but you'll need strobes and definitely diffuser panels large enough to bring the light down a few stops.
I don't know import models, but have contacts to some fashion models, if things dont work out. Rates are negotiable for the models, but a little high
