I am definetly interested in securing your services for a double din install. I'm looking to get the Alpine 505 in my car. Approximately where would you be doing the installs and approx what weekend or day and how much? I just don't trust any audio or service shops here in San Diego. thanks

And these are the items I was mentioning about for my M3:
Rear-View Camera

Video Module

Let me know if something like that is do-able. Thanks!

okay, let me talk it over with my friend and see...
originally our plan is just do some dd installs in Gs...i think if we get into back up cameras and other stuff that are a bit more time consuming...we may not have enough time...
a few answers:
1. this will take place in yorba linda, a very very nice neighborhood
2. as for costs...prolly similar what i normally charge
which is for juts a double din install, 150ish, plus a little if its 04-04, we provide the harness and ant adapter, all you need is the ac controller and finisher...
then other add ons such as BT, or Ipod or Xm, or steering wheel control module, add anywhere from $25(steering wheel control) to $50 for LABOR per piece...
and then backup camera installation labor, depending on the camera, would be 100-150...
again, these are just very rough ideas on pricing...i am not sure if we have time to do more than installations. the idea is to get a few guys taken care of with in the one or two day period.
anyway, i will chime back in after i talk it over...

I was considering of switching out my avh-p7500dvd for a double din unit but never found the time or energy to tear apart my dash again...
16psi, with you in town I'll definitely reconsider my plans...maybe new components/rear speakers as well.

I'm sure most of us are waiting for the official list/details of this whole thing...
