yup it does work. me and my friend went there back when we were in high school (that was a long time ago ). I haven't been there for a while, but it does work. It's on Nason St. You have to be on the northside going south for it to work.
edit: be careful though if you are going by yourself. don't park by the curb. Cuz we did that and we ALL got out of the car to watch it and itwent over the curb and we were like "Crap!" hahaha. i gotta find that video that we shot. it was sooo funny. good times.

I guess you're supposed to go to this spot on Nason St. put your car in neutral and it will roll on its own. It's an optical illusion. The road appears uphill, but its actually downhill. I have to try it soon and see if it works
