it should pass because you didn't change your oem cats

I think catback means the exhaust attaches from behind the oem catylitic converter, if I'm wrong i'm sure someone will correct me lol

catback means after cats, which means cats stay the same.

no they're not.

we take cars in with intakes, and we actually have to put in the stock one to be able to sell it if it doesnt have an exemption...

what was his reason for stopping you?

you shouldnt have popped your hood at all you should just say NO i dont consent to that.

your exhaust should pass smog i dunno bout that decible limit thing though but im sure it will cuz hks would

as far as your intake if you paid 200+ those ones are usually carb legal

i bet it was that same dick that snagged me on gmr....him and his buddy are just mad that your car's noise ruined his romantic road dome between him and his partner

you shouldnt have popped your hood, you have the right to keep your trunk and hood shut. Unless it's in plain view such as a clear hood *who has one anyways~ He or she must have permission to search your car, or you can drive off.

LOl seriously -_- there WAS no reason for stopping -.-

but anyway I called injen since its in pomona anyway, theres a thing where my court day is before june 30th and they're going to have their RD intake specifically for the coupe cleared by mid may so they told me to wait and they'll give me a exemption number.

As for the Exhaust... they wrote it down as emissions violation.. I'm sure I can fight that.. well injen was also convinced their exhaust is 90 db under test conditions.. I think like 3k rev or something.. hmmm

lol actually im pretty sure i can get cleared for emissions.. but I mean can I get ticketed there for stuff like tints?

The cop there actually didn't get me for tints <windows rolled down> and my smoked tail lights...was funny my car was very dirty and he was like are these tail lights smoked? and he like wiped off some layer of dirt, and it was relatively a lot redder so he was like: ok maybe not

=D

Injen CAI for our cars is "pending" legal last time I checked...no CARB number yet. Borrow someones Pop charger and heat shield...should have the CARB number on it. The exhaust you can go have tested to see how loud it is. I got mine done on my other car at El Camino Jr college. You have to check with the state emissions in Sacramento first...they send you to the test if i remember correctly.

lol yeah I think I got pulled over because of the sound, although the ticket only says for emissions

when i asked him for what reason he just told me to pop my hood in a someone forceful tone. I think I can press charges for having my rights violated LOl
