I used to work right on Redwood and Washington and I always saw that truck there! Too bad I never even tried it.

Dooood, it's still there! Even on Saturdays. I used to work in that area and now I live in San Diego. Anytime I'm back in that area, or stuck in the 405 past LAX, I'll swing by. Fvckit, traffic ain't going to get better and I'm hungry.

My typical meal:
1 tostada de ceviche with avocado (fvcking awesome. most people say never to try seafood from the trucks. this place will make you disagree. Try the ceviche! it's the bomb!)
and 2 tacos. 1 taco de carne asada with avocado and 1 taco de lengua. plus they sell the old school Pepsi's in a glass bottle.

With tip included, you're at around $6 and you are full my friend. Try it, you'll dig it.

 

That's just nuts!!! At King Taco, I've eaten 7 tops. Maybe 8 if I lay off the tortilla and am really stoned. but 12?!!!

Don't forget Gamma, Tacos come in all sizes! My record (and I don't eat like
that anymore) is 7 but that was a thick homemade real corn tortilla 9.50"
across and filled with everything you've ever put in a taco....haha Anyone could eat a dozen of those little tacos
the size of your fist, you know the two bite size!

for my Son's Baptism/1 year celebration. I had the Taco Guy make some tacos and saw 1 guy eat 15 of them(small tortilla) but most of the guest ate on an average 5 to 6.

My compadre(Son's God-father) can make some mean Al Pastor meat. the only problem with that is he doesn't do it as a business ..but as long as he'll do it for his God-Son. I am cool with it.

 

yeah i ate 12 of those small 2-bite ones. 2 tortillas on each taco..meat of choice, onions, cilantro, and salsa. wash all down with a beer or two

if your in van nuys and want some good tacos/ mexican food hit up tacos corona on Balboa and Sherman Way across the street from In-n-out. Damn good food.

they also have great great nachos with carne asada, cheese, guacamole, salsa...mmmmm

anyways..taco trucks forever man!
