you dont need a sticker... you just need the c.a.r.b. eo # there is a website that lists all the carb approved items. thats what they go with, all exhaust under 95dbl is good, are your headers stamped. injen might/might not carb pending isnt carb legal

Yes, you can go to the ARB website and get the EO# and even print out the files. I did that already for both the Injen intake and the DC Sports headers. However today at the referee, they looked up the headers and it showed a status of pending. So they want me to get the sticker from DC Sports to confirm that it is already legal. I already got a sticker from Injen since I have the older RD1990 model that's already been approved.

Whittier is at Rio Hondo College, and they're doing A LOT of construction there. So if you have a bodykit and/or are slammed, I would suggest going somewhere else or raising your car if you can. I raised my car up like another inch to make sure I would clear all the speed bumps they have on hills, metal plates, etc.

I plan to bring all this stuff with me to referee.

As for the exhaust, so as long as its after the cats and is lower then 92db, I should be safe?
make sure its for the right year. i got a referee ticket and they said my carb sticker on my intake was for a 03 g35 not an 05 and i couldn't pass

Yeah, I made sure. The Injen intake is RD1990, which is for 03-04. The headers as well cover my year, I have an 04. So I'm good. Yeah, all you 05+ guys use newer part numbers which are still pending CARB.

Referee is a standard fee, I forgot, but its just under $40. Something like $38.50 or something.

EO# D-476-4
http://arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/de...eo/D-476-4.pdf

This is for the 03-04's only. RD1990 for Coupes, RD1992 for Sedans. If you have an 05+ or are using the newer style SP1993 intakes, then this is not valid for you.

OK, so DME never got back to my e-mail so I called them again today. I got to speak with someone else who told me to just bring the car down and they'll give me a sticker upon inspecting that I have DC Sports headers. I went down there, and it was that easy. Got all my stickers and paperwork now, as well as another appointment with the referee for Monday

My car isn't too lowered so it should clear the bumps;; but I have an 05 intake and I'm hoping to just tell them its pending?

Or should I seriously change it back to stock?
