He used to take so many ill advised shots a game that it used to **** me off. He's really gotten better about it now.
As for other folk's opinions about Gasol, I don't care what they think. They guy does what he needs to do. They don't run a lot of set plays for him but he's still an effective component. Don't know if you remember Cedric Ceballos but that was another player that they never ran plays for but he created a lot of points just being around the basket and cleaning up the garbage. I liked him a lot.
I wish Bynum were playing...that kid is going to have a very good career.

yeah true, but the last 3 years his teamates BLEW,(Kwame was a waste of life) if he didn't play the way he did they wouldn't have even made the playoffs those 2 years

I agree that they did not have the most talented team, but that's precisely where Kobe needs to step it up. Keeping his teammates not only involved but continuing to develop their chemistry and cohesion as a team unit. Being a leader in the locker room. The intangible stuff that doesn't show up in a box score.
If he could develop that part of his game and personality, there's no telling how truly great he's going to be. There's no doubt that he has the physical attributes to be the greatest ever. The only thing he misses is the mental part of the game.
Look at Jordan...when he was only about scoring, he didn't win any titles. Granted his title runs coincided with the acquisition of Scottie Pippen and that certainly was the biggest factor, but he also developed the part of his game where he also got people like John Paxson, Steve Kerr, Bill Cartwright, Horace Grant...guys you wouldn't really expect to be all that productive from an offensive standpoint. Yet Jordan was key in getting them to elevate their game.
Once Kobe develops this facet of his game, there's no telling how scary he's really going to be.

Sorry abunai, you know I got your back when it comes to the Cowboys. But that's the only Texas team that I follow (I lived in Kingsville, Texas when I was younger for those of you that didn't know). Besides that, it's all about L.A. baby!!
