I don't know why ppl hate on the Spurs. They are a solid team. Day in and day out. Duncan one of the best centers and then Manu and Tony. They can make baskets while doing cartwheels blind folded.

And they have the greatest champion of all time. ROBERT HORRY. 7 rings baby!!! Jordan, Shaq, Kobe, Russell, Bird, Magic, Olajuwon, Drexler, Barkley, West, Kareem. They can't hang with Horry.

back when the lakers were good with shaq, duncan couldnt stop shaq and thats why they killed them.

 

When the Lakers aquired Gasol and there was all this talk about how the Lakers would be the team to beat in the West; I as a Laker fan, felt that the road to finals would have to go through San Antonio. When the Spurs lost the first two in New Orleans; I thought they were done. I guess my gut instinct was right. As much as I dislike them, the Spurs have proven time and time again that they are a great basketball team. BUT, I am going to be the only one to say...Lakers in 4-5 games Yes I said it.

The Hornets have 2 monsters by the names of David West (38 points game 4)
and Chris Paul (25 point 15 assist man) and the Spurs still beat the Hornets

Lakers got Kobe and that's where it ends, Duncan will school Gasol, and Bowen will apply a lot of pressure on Kobe slowing his production down.

By the way, The Hornets are my favorite team, CP3 third best player in the league right behind Kobe and Lebron, and David West is a MONSTAAA!!!!
and I've hated the Spurs with a passion for 4 years now, but the pu$$ies keep winning, I'm happy the Hornets bltch slapped the Spurs though, letting them know Hey it ain't gonna be easy ANY MORE !!

 

eh... the hornets played us after a rough series with the Suns... games 1 & 2 Duncan had a fever 103 and 101... Manu's ankle was tweaked and we were tired... game 5 Joey Crawford was a ref... wtf?!?!?! he hates the Spurs and he should be glad im not a coach cuz if he would have poked me in the chest like that it would have been lights out for him... but thats making excuses... San Antonio then went back to NO and rpped out the hearts of the hornets,,, its pretty bad when Pargo is taking most of the shots in the 4th shows lack of leadership and quality coaching... CP3 is a good player but he has tons to learn still West is aight if he didnt have CP3 with him he wouldnt have it like that... i dont like their coach who decides since he cant stop Parker he is gonna try to kill him... the lil frenchy was getting hammered in that series but he still got his...

as for the lakers at least Kobe is no longer the black hole and learned that passing is good and hedoesnt always have to take every shot in the game... Gasol is way over rated... fisher is old and slow... Odom has potential but still needs work... maybe when you get Bynam back and if gets healthy the lakers might actually be really good but then again that a maybe...

on the other hand the Spurs have proven they are the team of the decade... yet we dont get our respect... basically we have the same squad with minor changes and no one knows how to stop us still... every adjusts their teams trying to figure out a way to beat us but it just doesnt seem to work... every year i hear the lamest **** about who acquired who and the hating is renewed against the Spurs... oh well that doesnt really matter as long as we get that ring again cuz all the haters can do is hate as their teams all fall before THE DEFENDING WORLD CHAMPIONS!!! nuff said
