Where should I take my G37 for service, its between Mission Viejo and Tustin Infiniti? I just need the oil changed, the TSB's taken care of.

Tustin.. from personal experience.. they'll note down special requests like no wash and stuff and actually see through them

I've never gone to mission viejo.. they migh be just as good but who knows..

kearny mesa could not properly diagnose a wheel bearing problem on my gf's car. went to tustin and their master mechanic took it for a test drive (specifically requesting we come along) and diagnosed it withing the first few minutes.

they had a loaner ready, and even though the car was done later that day, they told us to keep the loaner and return it at the earliest convenience.

thinking about using them for my car one day.

never dealt with mission viejo

Yeah tustin is fcking awesome on loaners.. i was passing by back when I had my 05 and had the remainder of the day free and figured oh well wth.. so i just drove it in to fix my axle problem =) they gave me a loaner at 11am without an appointment =DD

Tustin is owned by autonation but it doesnt effect their customers in anyway.. its more of a down side to the employees then customers.. dealers are still ran by their own GM and Managers..

take it to tustin..

+1 on Tustin I take mine there every service. They're courteous and quick. Should be around $49.

Well Tustin is the closest dealer, not that MV is too far off, thanks for the feedback, I'm going to give Tustin a call and get scheduled in there.

Tustin isn’t as good as it used to be, however it remains the best in the area… they are still relatively mod friendly and good cust svc.
