Go with Directv. MUCH better. WAY more HD channels. If you're a football fan, wait until a month before the season starts and get the Sunday Ticket promo package. You'll pay the promo price and get every single game. Once the season is over, then if you keep the full package, they'll charge you up the *** for it but you can scale it down.

 

Is Slingbox relatively quick? aka not laggy

If your download speed is good, then no, shouldn't lag. I have a 2 MB upload so it should be fine. Better act quick cuz theres 6 min left lol
