^not sure about west covina, but you can in baldwin park, but those suck. Anyone been to chinatown lately? I've been there a few times, prices are crazy expensive though, anyone know a cheaper place? I use to get them mail ordered a few years back and was paying like $3 for a gross of bottle rockets, $8 for a box of 6 Ninja brand shells, $8 for a brick of fire crackers, etc.

I'm telling you...go to the Indian reservation north of Vegas. It's right next to the 15, right at the turn off to go to Valley of Fire state park. It's like walking into a supermarket full of nothing but fireworks.

We're not talking bottle rockets and Roman candles...but big azz mortars and rockets. I fired one off in Pasadena last year and within 30 seconds, there was a chopper hovering over us looking to find where it came from. LOL

I bought a grand finale, which cost $100 and that **** went off for like 15 minutes. I lit it off at free Zuma and everyone pretty much stopped lighting their stuff to come watch us light ours.

Yeah I used to buy that crap and believe me, it doesn't compare. The trick is buying them before June...so you dont have to deal with the checkpoints. I usually pick some up every year but I didnt make it out to Vegas yet this year.

This topic is referring to unsafe and insane fireworks... not snakes and sparklers

I've still got a buddy in Gardena that stocks for the holiday's but I am not in the area anymore and can't make the runs for folks. If I know you personally, PM me and I'll see what I can do on info.

About 30 miles north of Vegas, literally off the 15. If you're nutty enough to go for it, take the back road back into Cali....never a checkpoint...but it's a long ways out of the way.
