So my friend and I are going to Los Angeles for about 3-4 days. I'm turning 21and he is 19. Where just looking to see some spots, ie. hollywood, staples center and all the other stuff. At nights just looking to get drunk have some fun

Anyways where is a good spot to get a hotel at that will be somewhat convienient for us. West Hollywood, LAX?

Also what else would you guys see during the day that is worthwhile, any nightclubs that are worthwhile?

I think West LA or Santa Monica wil be more ideal than West Hollywood.

3rd street promenade in santa monica
the grove off 3rd and fairfax (also the farmers market located adjacent)
the beverly center

the ghetty museum, if you're into that sort of thing
go bike riding along venice and santa monica beach
