What sux is - if they read all the "go FI" posts they'd laugh their @sses off!!! If you have to go FI to beat an NA IS350, you are giving them HUGE props!!!!

It would be like reading TL's saying, "go FI" to beat a G it's apples to oranges...

A modded NA G can/will beat an IS350 (modded or not)... an FI G will smoke an FI IS350.

I'll go against an NA IS350, modded or not (if its not squeezing) without question (and I don’t even have my next level "surprise for klubbheads" yet).

However ~ I LOVE the looks of the IS350!~ Every time I see one I look at it (hard)... I don’t do that with any stock G. And I always think to myself - it's too bad that car has no potential - or I'd probably drive one *honest truth!

 

I ran against an IS350 in the streets, I even ran against a 335i, I won, don't ask me how I did I just did it, but then in the streets theres no rules, plus i think its the way they were driving and their fear of mph they were going. Most of the time if you pass 100 they dont want to race anymore and you win I agree with you OCG35 on that, plus on the looks too, it sure does look sexy in its ways.

 

335i you need to be boosted, so I'm not surprised you took him/her (I cant)... IS350?... like a dumb blonde (actually I like brunettes) - looks great but no substance...

You wouldn't on a track... No offense = but I've never lost to an AT or MT G or Z coupe or sedan 1/8 or 1/4... and I'm 100% positive you would not have been any different...

So the 335i either had a bad driver or wasnt in a "race" setting... A 335i will, has, and will continue to beat NA Gs without question.

I'm not going to turn this into anoteher debate - but we are local - so I'll let you know the next Irwindale or Fontana race day... I dont expect you to ditch the SC, but you will find that magazine times arent indicative of real world track times...

And I wish you were around when you were NA while I was smoking the other coupes that drag raced!

 

I know that 335i can beat us NA no problems, but its just funny that I won haha, I didn't expect to beat them on the track either, that car is fvcking fast for a stock car too. As for track times and magazine times i dont know anything about that, and I never been to the track before either. I only ran in the streets so far

I know this might be histerical but i smoke an IS350 twice on third gear. Maybe just the way you drive? You know how to double clutch? =)

 

i beat an is350 before. he kinda got a head start, but i started pulling on him and then he let off.
