I painted my roof black from a local shop (donlyson auto body) and the first time, it cracked, and went there again to repaint it, it's been about 2 months since repaint and it's starting to crack again...it's a long deep line...wtf..i paid $450 for the paint job...it's pissing me off...anyways, anybody know of any good paint shops in the 626 area that does a good job of black roof paint? and how much? thanks!

 

j&s in glendora painted mine for like $300. it's been over a year now...no problems here.

Depending on your INS. I've had a shop in alhambra do my Nismo diffuser, although I painted it silver, its holding up well for a part that is exposed to whatever my wheels are kicking up. Now if i could only remember the name of the shop......

 

dont you ask what kind of warranty they have on their paint jobs? I think the cracking should be covered since road debris cant mess with the roof. IMO, only shady cheap shops wouldn't cover that.
