ahaha McMaster Carr...

I used to used them when I was desperate back when I was in purchasing....

They have everything in stock and fast delivery, but expensive as all hell

Their print catalog is INSANELY huge.

I'm in Sales, but I dabble

Warranty issue on your window as long as you're not too old or have too many miles.

Just make an appt and bring it on in.

i found a hexagon honey comb type mesh, though it may seem very transparent up close, from a far its all black + i painted behind the radiator and what not black
YEAH I REMEMBER.
I installed it for Matt. I have plenty of the Honey comb left over. You can get most any kind of mesh you are looking for @ Industrial Metal Supply in Sun Valley(My Toy R Us).

The Home Depot $hit is no good, leave that for the Honda's and Neon's.

they're in santa fe springs

go to their website and search for "expaned metal sheets"
or if you call mention it is on page 3628 in catalog #114
there're all types/sizes available

as far as the chipping issue, you can send it out to get black anodized. little costly but maybe worth in your case?

wow! their mesh there are pretty pricey.. but ill check them out. thanks again tinman.
