Once the budget gets passed this year, they will re open, don't go spend money on test pipes etc... just to have these re open in a few months. With california's smog issues, these won't stay closed long, all of the wild fires have drained the states budget. He is doing this to press the state legislators to give a budget.

Nice congrats guys. Enjoy it while its good though. I keep hearing how tough it is out there....Shiet I'd get tagged for everything if I lived out there, altered vehicle height, test pipes, exhaust, intake, NOS etc....lol At least up here they don't have the stuff.
