which dealership to go for warranty

Hey guys, which dealerships do you guys recommend for warranty stuff? Need a few stuff fixed. I have an 05 sedan and my driver's side door panel, the leather is tearing from the seams and also have the rear axle click. Which dealerships won't give a hard time to modded cars? thanks

Service Advisor I always got was Tom Kiernan.

Yup, Tustin is kinda far, that's why I only went to them for warranty work. I live about 50 minutes away from them lol Only had to go there about 3 times or so.

Twice for the axle click. First time I took off my aftermarket wheels cuz I thought they were gonna bitch about 'em. The 2nd time the axle click came back ('bout a year later), I decided to leave my wheels on there. And they still fixed the problem.

As for the loaner, I didn't buy my G from them but I always got one as long as I made an appointment and requested an Infiniti loaner. You might want to make the appointment at least by 9am since they usually give 'em out fairly quick.

and you're welcome.

thanks again Wally for the clarification. Will take it down to tustin or riverside.

Mike, who do i speak to for service? I bought a set of rims from you before so I drove down there, so it's not "THAT THAT" far...lol...for these two things to get fixed do you think I can get a few days of rental? Thanks!

If they give you a loaner, you'll get to drive the loaner for as long as it takes to get it fixed. Even for the axle click which took like a few hours to get done, I was able to have the loaner for 'til about 5pm when I returned it.

Mike, Jeremy, and Ben are the service advisors. Any one of them will get the job done, but they all have different personalities

Most recently I took my axle clicking issue to Metro Infiniti (in Monrovia). I had rims and what's listed in my sig (minus the coupe midpipe) and I had no problems. Before that I took took it to Cerritos Infiniti since I got my car from there but only had the HKS and no problems from them either.

Mike, if for any reason after doing additional mods to the car and one of the dealerships locally denies working on the vehicle (under warranty) is that kept in the system or could I try and bring it over to Riverside? I'm just thinking about putting on Tein Basics, nothing like turbo.....yet.

Oh we service FI cars regularly

Now if you blow your motor, we can't cover that under warranty if you're turboed, but we'll do what we can

Nice....I think I know who I'll be taking my car too now. Riverside is about 45 mins from me, but I have friends in Ontario which I visit every now and the, so I have no problem with driving the distance
