Nice choices. Stop in to Gordon Biersch some time and try a Märzen. Bass Ale is pretty passable, and if you can find it Alaska Amber Ale is awesome.

+ Cinco on that. I thin cerr mentioned Pacifico, too, which is good for spicy food because it's light.

bud light lime ftw!

lol but seriously. even though i work for anheuser - it is what it is, mass produced beer. ive had 200+ beers from 5 continents and theres so much good stuff out there. definitely hit up a beer pub/garden and go through the lists.

I never liked Pacifico... might have to try it again... one of the forum members here introduced me to Modelo... I never liked Corona, but this stuff tastes like a really good Corona, only without the nasty aftertaste of Corona...

With the exception of a few people, you guys have horrible taste in beer.

Try St Bernardus Abt 12, Russian River IPA's, Unibrou, Firestone Double Barrel, etc.

Wait a minute... you guys are SoCal... if you get a chance, check out Father's Office in Santa Monica... if I lived down there, I'd be there a lot.
