i wouldnt waste my time with global tires. i recently blew out a tire and thought these guys would be a good idea. after 3 weeks, of me calling them back after they said they would return my call, i finally settled on some dunlops they had. when i went into the wilmington store to get them put on, they were not 80% AND BOTH TIRES HAD 2 PATCHES each with 1 having a patch on the sidewall

i would be very careful with patched tires. def ask them about them being patched BEFORE you go in.

 

Damn, yeah, i'm up to 7 no call backs! Pretty ridiculous!!!!

Or if the DORK contacted a certain Mexican that has maybe a little bit of pull with them and can possibly get things done for him.

Got some PZero thru the Wilmington location yesterday. 275/30/20 and I'm rubbing now. hahahha

I guess these PZero's have much more meat all the way to the sides instead of just the top like the FK452's. Is it time for me to put more camber?

I called them as I needed a rear tire asap. They told me they were going to call me back, and never did (that was 3 days ago).

Based on what people are saying here, this is a usual thing from them. I seriously can't believe a business with such horrible customer service can believe they will succeed in the long run.

They might have great prices (from what others have said), but that doesn't even matter if they can't return your call for a simple quote.

 

let me know what you need and I can call Cynthia tomorrow..or call her and tell her "James Kelly" the Mexican sent you..make sure it's the Wilmington shop.

Veronica was the one that was hookin up everyone w/ the ridiculous pricings. Last time I called, apparently she is no longer is w/ the company. The other guys were not very professional or helpful at all.
