Question a few questions about my car..

Hey everyone,

I am new here. I just bought my g35 on Halloween. Now the thing that I am starting to notice is that my driver seat is not totally bolted down or something. Well normal driving it is fine but when I like do a turn onto a freeway ramp that has a dip or something, I feel like the seat is not bolted down. Now I bought the car from a small dealership so there is no warranty on that so do you guys how I could fix that? Let me know if anyone can help me with this

Unless your car has a salvaged title or you're completely over the mileage, your car is still is warranty.

well I bought it at this place www.macauto.com So can I still bring it into an Infiniti Dealership? I did not buy the extra insurance for the car. It has 65k miles on the 2006.

i have heard that there is some sort of rocking chair recall going on, so take it to the dealership and the issue should be covered.

okay, so my boyfriend look at the seat and the thing that is messed up is the bar on the bottom. now to explain that bar is that:

you know that power buttons on the right of our seats for the driver side? and there are 4 of them? well the LAST one raises the seat UP that LAST one that is furthest from the wheel? well when I use it, only the right side goes up. the left side does not. the bracket that is holding the seat is loose or not attached. the bracket for the left side is attached but no the right one..I hope this makes sense..................

Can any of you guys help me??

sounds like you need to replace the seat rail assembly.
