Temple City Auto Repair
depends what oil/filter you want them to use...
Give Henry & John a call 626-287-6417 - let them know you're a forum member and you saw several people refer them... they will take care of you.

^ Yep. When I was there awhile back I had a dumpt S2000 behind me waiting for an alignment and he was a repeat customer.
Just give Henry a call and he can reassure you himself.

Sorry guys but is this place a body shop or just a alignment/part install place?
Looking into getting my car checked out. After an accident my passenger front side squeaks & power steering is acting up (meaning it has a leak or something, since it gets stiff at a stop & go)

another fine day at TCA... thanks John for taking care of my rear axle click...
Good dudes

all these years (over 7), I've always thought the rear axle click was specific to MT coupes... I've never heard of AT sedan (or any sedan that I remember) ever having the issue.
Recently I noticed faint (but distinct) click/tick when moving into gear (reverse or drive) from park... It sounded like "rear axle click" but since that's typically been a coup thing, I've never paid a lot of attention to the symptoms or fix (there is a TSB btw).
Anyway, I mentioned to John at Temple City Auto and he was pretty sure it was the infamous "Rear Axle Click"... pulled the axle, lubed outer shaft with grease reinstall and sure enough, click is gone.
So in case you end up hearing the click - yes, in fact AT Sedans get it to.

how much did he charge to get the axle done, my G started to make the clicking noise and i think it's the rear axle
its pretty distinct when its the rear axle... give 'em a call for price - I did a few other ancillary things so I dont know how much they will charge for the axle click alone...give them a call & let John or Henry know you're from the forum - they will take care of you.
I have that rear axle click on my 04 coupe that I want to get checked out and want to get my rear camber adjusters and toe arms installed along with sway bars kit and alignment I'm gonna definitely give this guys a call hopefully they give me a good price.
