Shane, how long does it take to disassemble and re-assemble the headlights? I don't necessarily want any painting done, but I do have something else in mind which will require the headlights to be opened.

One of which would be to swap the orange lens for a clear one (already have) and another, is adding something to the headlight (nothing electrical).

roughly about an hour for both to open them!

Oh ok, cool. Project could be done within a day I assume? It's not that time consuming I don't think. Just worried about how long it takes to close and seal them (no painting to be required).

yeah about an hour to open and about the same to close, and since no painting it could def. be done in one day!
