Favorite Dealership....not Infiniti!
There's only one dealership in Santa Clarita that I'd trust my car to because the service writer used to work for me (Sam) and I took my Z to them for years. Valencia Nissan....the guy that works on the Zs/GT-Rs is Chris....Good guy and very professional.

I don't trust their service department anymore. I was removing my upper plenum, put everything back together and had an unusual leak. At first they didn't want to take my car, because I had gone to Metro Infiniti and they said they should continue checking it out (after telling me to take it Cerritos since they replaced my radiator).
So I find out the problem and Eric (Klumzyee) found one of the clamps was not fully on..problem solved. I still take my car to Cerritos and they tell me I have a leak. I told them that is the reason why I brought my vehicle to them. They tried blaming it on the spacer and they said to get my aftermarket parts checked out first. I asked what is the problem and their response was "I don't know, the tech just saw a leak." Even worse I asked them to check out a rattle real quick coming from the glove compartment and they just said no, I asked why and they said I had to make another appointment for that.
So, after the problem is fixed, they see residue and assume it's still leaking, they don't do any tests, but hold me there for 4 hours, then they can't check out a simple rattle, and on top of that the service adviser calls me "dude"? Never going back there again.
