Just got a ticket! AGAIN

I was driving and got pulled over... got a ticket for going like 57mph (VC 22350) and changing lanes with no signal. Anyone know how much the ticket is? for changing lanes with no signal, speed should be like $300 something
what should I say in court?

Haha, apparently JHoliday pulled you over...

What else can you say? You got caught changing lanes without signaling AND the LEO paced you before pulling you over. You could use the lack of speed evidence (IE: Laser/Radar), however, if he had the dash cam on, it can be easily proven due to the speed displayed within the video while he was pacing you.

Pay it, and say you won't do it again. I don't know if you can go to safe-driving courses for that.

TBD - never have to show up to court and everything is done by mail. Summit TBD along with the fee, wait a few days for paper work. You then write your statement report, at the same time the officer has 10 days to write his report. If the officer doesnt do it then the ticket will be dropped and you get your money back.

if found guilty you could then request to fight it in court (giving you a second chance) and hope the officer doesnt show.

i'm going through the process right now.

GL fighting it!

I've fought and won some fix-it tickets but have never had to deal with speeding ticket.
