Wheel repair question

Many of you have seen the curbage on me TE37s. I am planning to have them either painted or coated, do I need to have them repaired by another shop first or will the painting/coating shop take care of it?

What shops did you use?

Thank you,
Justin

I have gone through this for by volks. Most if not all powder coating places will not fix the curbage on the rim. Only powdercoat. You need to take it to a rim repair shop first. Sometimes those shops offer powdercoating as well. Just ask around.

Hey Justin,

Nice signature. lol. Check out this thread: https://g35driver.com/forums/souther...-son-tran.html

You should definitely hit him up if you want your curb damage fixed perfectly. His prices and service cannot be beat and he does it without dismounting the tire.
