I wasn't aware you can do an alignment without a machine..... is that better than with?

Depends on the guy performing it..Darren did a great job on my car.

the entrance on Lower Azusa Rd isn't that bad. If you are talking about that driveway it must be PITA for you everywhere

Lol, well I don't mind traveling or paying for good work, the question is, will the workmanship quality really differ that much for it to be worth traveling.

About how much do I have to lower to get rid of most of the wheel gap and not rub? I'll be on the stock 19's with 20mm spacers all around, not fender rolled.
