Wheel alignment

Hey guys,
I'm getting my car lowered this saturday. I was just wondering about how long I should wait before I take it to get aligned... Also if anyone knows of a good place for alignment around Corona, like in riverside, or chino hills. Is big-o tires a good place?

Thanks!

around 95..but he is highly recommended not just from me but many hi-end car owners use him.

You may have to wait to get an appointment and if you do get one DO NOT FAIL IT.

Thanks for the info guys.

Well I just gave Darrin a call and he said he's booked till around June 2nd, has like 50 cars in line, lol. You guys think I'll be ok without an alignment till then? Or should I just look somewhere else.

I would say you will be okay..I forgot to tell you to have Darren put you on the waiting list in case someone cancels but still retaining your spot.

Yeah I saw him listed in the shop directory sticky, I'll give him a call tomorrow to see if I can get an appointment this saturday, if not, I'll just wait and go with West End. I work from 8-6, so weekends are really the only time I can take my car in

Thanks for the suggestions guys

Really silly question, but do they take off the wheels to perform an alignment? Also, if they do, do they usually put them on using a power tool, or by hand?

There are no silly questions, alignment is done with the tires/wheels on the car. If you ever have your wheels removed make sure they're reinstalled using a torq wrench set at 85.

I waited a week after installing my springs, a-arms and toe adjusters before I had my alignment done....only then did I have my new tires installed.
