Go to Santa Monica beach, Venice beach, and if you're down to drive down south for about an 1hr you can come and check out newport beach. Other than that i recommend universal studios, you should check out six flags and go to a couple of strip joints in LA.

If you go hollywood, there's a buncha badasss night clubs u can hit up, so check that out.

Amusement parks, disneyland, knotts berry farm or universal studios.

Alot of good food in SoCal.

Strip Joints ftw!!!!

if you want to avoid the clubs at night you can always check out the SM pier in the evenings. or check out the Griffith Observatory planetarium.

parking on streets: check the signs. lots of street parking requires permits. the signs are a bit confusing but take time to read them!

You should head out to Vegas if you get bored of SoCal. It's about a 3-4 hour drive.
