Jason at Performance Nissan did it to his wheels on his Z and has handled it for a few customers. Check with him about cost, time, who did it for him, etc. His look very nice.

Not sure about a place in your area - but to powder coat all 4 wheels should run you no more than $180-$200 - unless you want something other than a standard color - I did mine in Black titanium (special color) and it ran me $250.00

 

its usually $50 a wheel no biggie!
