SANTA MONICA INFINITI voided my warranty! WTF?!

So i took my car in for warranty repairs at cerritos infiniti. Little did I know when they typed up all my paper work my vin came up as no warranty coverage. I found out when I took my car to infiniti santa monica they put that down for some reason. When i took it to SM, all I had was widebody and wheels. What can I do about this? Is there a way to fight this? I never took it to SM for any repairs. Only thing I had changed was my window seal when it would get crunched up when I roll up the windows. And I had the radio replaced because it would eat my cd and throw error codes. And the funny thing was the tech who repaired it put a post it on my cd player saying "do not play burned cds". So i asked the service advisor, ok then my cd player plays mp3, how does infiniti expect me to play mp3 files without burning them onto a cd? And the service advisor looked lost and thought for literally few minutes until he said "well i guess you have to lightly burn them or something" -_- Losers. Any help would be appreciated. I can't even get the tsb fixed for axle click and other stuff. Please don't tell me to do it myself. Why would i do it myself when I can just take it in for warranty for free? I can do it, I can't justify doing it myself when warranty is there.

I'd call Santa Monica and see why they put that in the system.

I'd also take a look at this:

fvck the stealership

I had a really bad experience at Glendale Infiniti today.
Horrible service.
Ridiculous pricing.
But it was in regards to my friends leased G37 sedan, so I just kept quiet.

Yeah, when I saw this thread title, I thought it was an old thread...

OP, how did you go to Santa Monica Infiniti when it closed down a few months ago?
