it used to be 48 ppd

almost got to 50 one time

^i'll send over any info to someone whos seriously interested. im currently in a one bedroom but would move to a two if i do find a roommate. and there are one and two bathroom units available...but im definitely leaning more towards the two. and all appliances are currently available, including a washing machine and dryer in the unit
