I thought I remembered that. I'm here visiting my grandparents for the holidays. I usually make it over here 1-2 times a year. Around the holidays my family and I usually make the drive from Sacramento CA to El Paso (1200 miles or so).

I'm not in my car, that would be insane. Even with the sport front I only have 3.5-4 inches clearance, and the ride is stiff. We drove our Toyota Sequoia out here because we need space for six and their luggage. We're leaving sometime tomorrow afternoon, but maybe I'll hit you up when we make the trip out the next time.

They place these check points in places where it is hard to avoid once your upon them.

A couple of months ago my wife came upon one just around the corner from our house on her way to work in the morning. They asked her to pull over so they could do a check. She calls me up to ask what to do, I told her don't worry, the Vortech is CARB legal and it will pass the smog check no problem since it did pass just a couple of months earlier. She told them she didnt have time because she did'nt want to be late for work. I guess since the car is low they didn't want to bother with it either and let her go.

"Too Low" = 24" of center of head light to ground.
