All the frwys are good and bad... each and everyone frwy has a window to be on it... if there is an accident, that's just life, but every frwy is jackt at certain times. the 91e depending how far u go, is good until about 2pm at the latest.. the 91w depending where u are .... is good after 9:15am ... this coming and going from OC..

But again, anything is possible with MONEY. If Gov' pays everyone to relocate and blah blah blah, it would definitely be possible, but in reality... there is no way in hell they'll do that.

im pretty sure countless of u have seen this
only IF and WHEN they want to. if ur house depreciates or u like add to your house, they do not take that into account. basically they pay u minimum account unless u bought ur house like 50 years ago and care about your house.
but then again, who wants to repay payments
they do not take account any heritage or cultural meaning the house has had.

its gunna get worse too... they are adding a lane going eastbound this year... so glad i the only reason i ever go that way is to goto Riverside Infiniti... Been to SxExCx's pad a couple times too... never had fast track.. but... i just got it so i can service my ride over there... fast track is pretty smooth...
