PCZA, What city did you get your car stolen from?
I live around the area you have listed, La Puente.

Alot of crazy SHIETS been happenin around here lately. Lots of gang violence, shooting deaths and such... now a stolen G.... Time for my 2-way alarm!

Also, what kind of rims was stolen, maybe we can be on the look out...

Wow, sorry this happened to you bro. How's the rest of the car looking? Can your insurance cover anything on the wheels?

How long do you need to borrow wheels for?

Hopefully the damage isn't too bad- does insurance cover theft of wheels? Maybe you'll end up getting some sick rims out of the insurance company's pocket (like someone on the g37 forum who had their rims vandalized). Good luck mang.

^very true.

And at least least they didn't steal anything else like brakes or stuff under the hood!! Is the car sitting on bricks or just resting on the brake rotors?

Ok just got done taking care of a lot of paperwork and phone calls, my phone was dying so i couldnt update.

Anyways.

So far from my understanding the vehicle was Towed from the parking area in west covina, corner of valley blvd and nogales blvd. and left about 5 miles down in Hacienda heights on 3 palms drive. I am not sure if it was on bricks or anything, by the time i got the call it was at some towing place since the sheriff department recovered the car.

These people were total professionals. it was done sometime between the hours of 8:30PM-11:45PM which is amazing! they knew my schedule.

Weird part is the only thing taken where the wheels, they didnt even ****** my radar detector, passport 9500i, aint that a trip?

Damage was done to the vehicle. the rear bumber is cracked from where they towed me, the exhaust looks bent out of shape and a few scratches and dents here and there. Its currently sitting ontop of two spare tires. they said they will inspect the bottom later once my insurance sends out someone to examine the vehicle and they will notify me to go inspect the vehicle again.

The insurance is working on the case right now so i might not need the wheels afterall. but i do need advice. can the insurance pay out my damages to the body shop and then pay me for the wheels so i can buy aftermarkets?

items missing: 20" Foose DF-5 Black with chrome running Vredestein tires.

Did they have access to the inside of your car? Why is the hood open?
