SFV / SCV shop for G35s sedan

Just picked up a 2008 G35s 6mt sedan

Will be looking to do:

springs
wheels / tires (alignment)
cat back exhaust (fast intentions)
also probably upgrade the brake package as well

What's the best shop in my area for work ?

thanks,

Kurt

Kurt, the springs and wheels, exhaust can be found here on DRIVER under our MARKETPLACE. Springs under vendor suspension etc. That's where you'll find the most knowledgable sellers and best prices. Do you live or work in Santa Clarita? Give me a PM.

For the SFV, I'd go (and have been) to CarZone Auto Repair off Sepulveda & Saticoy. Really good prices for service/installs and the guys that run it are pretty experienced with Infinitis and Nissans (think they're certified master techs).

There's a thread in the Socal forums on them somewhere. Just search their name.

Oh, if you want to save a bit of cash for springs/coilovers install, ShanesG does installs as well. He just did my coilovers and front/rear camber kits for prices better than a shop.

Shane's also got a thread here somewhere with a list of services/prices.

thanks everyone.

I'll give Shane a try for the spring install.

Other than that, I'll have FI do the exhaust anyway.

Not sure I'm going to bother with HFCs, CAI's and tune for 10-15more hp.
Not sure the cost/reward is worth it.
Just want some lighter/grippier wheels/tires and a louder/deeper note.
She ain't gonna run 12's and I know that already.
Just want her to handle and look good.

I'm living in West Hills at the moment, but we'll be moving back up to Stephenson Ranch area in a few months.

If you're pressed for time(during the day and weekends)there is R&J in Carson that are open late nights and weekends.

You can ask several members such as Vivek, Alfsg, BigC,Cremaster, G Sedan and others for heads up on the work that Ralph has done to their rides(he's done several installs on their cars)coils, exhaust etc...just the things you are looking to do.

If I didn't buy my 37 so soon I could have had your car. I saw it the first day it was posted on autotrader and it stood posted for about week before you bought it.
