double din questions

hey im sorry if there is another thread about this but i tried searching and couldn't find it, im getting a new head unit for my 05 coupe sometime in the next two weeks and im not sure what brand i should get or what else i need to get with it, wiring, etc. not to sure.

thanks you think i could install my self ? i don't know too much about that stuff but then im also not too bad with electronics and wiring.
