Can any one who has already installed a C/F hood tell me whats the best C/F Hood out on the market now? VIS or GTP? or is there better one out there and also what makes them better in quality?

Also whats the price that people are getting them for these days? my friend said he can get GTP for me for 275 and VIS for 300 is that a good deal? i'm a clue less person, so any of you aftermarket guru please help.

 

The hoods for 275 on the ebay are singlesided. If you get a carbon hood get a double sided hood. I heard that VIS has a gap. So you might watchout which hood you buy. This week hopefully we are going to realease our website, check it out.

check out the custom carbons...they have great hoods there....they're actually making the cf engine cover for G35s as we speak.

Go with VIS, I had GTP before and the quality not as good as VIS. If you could get it for $300 go for it, I paid mine for $450.
