Need suggestion/tips on shipping sway bars & wheels

I'm not very savvy when it comes to shipping options out there.

I'm trying find out the best method of shipping a pair of sway bars.

I'm also trying to find out the best method of shipping two wheels in case I need to resort to shipping.

Anyone have any tips on which would be the best route? Fedex/UPS/USPS? Any specific delivery choice?

Thanks in advance!
