It would be cool to have Marcus shoot pics for us!

Wouldn't it be cool to see Marcus go down the track! I know, probably not your thing but hey it's fun! Maybe I can keep up with Marcus down the track.

Maybe you could offer the pics for sell to owners... When I ran the Roval (road course through speed ventures) there was a guy taking hi res pics... he posts the pics on his website with watermark (or whatever its called) so people can browse them and pick which ones they like - then order the pics without the image impaired. I forget how much he charged per pic but I can look it up it you want reference.

It would be fun to have you join us (with or without the camera)

1) Jairen
2) OCG35 - 20th
3) Silencer_0 - 20th

Marcus has not responded so looks like we wont have our resident photog...

Do you guys want to have bbq catered? Last time we did it I ordered in advance and WaLLy collected funds in advance - iirc it was $20 each, but we had way more food than we needed... if we do it this time I'm thinking we call day of (so we dont have to collect in advance) - but will need to know ahead of time so I can bring table and utensils - so post if you want catered. The food at the track is complete crap, so even if we dont have delivered, bring your own food (I usually bring a subway sandwich and chips.

Other things to bring:

Water/drinks
Chair(s)
Canopy (if someone has one)
hat (if you are follicley challenged like me )
sunscreen
sunglasses
*point is there is no shade, we will be in the middle of a big parking lot all day and if the sun is out you will wish you had the stuff above

Car Prep:

Empty everything you dont need (including gas) - try to get there with 1/8-1/4 tank, there are two gas stations less than a mile away so you can fill up on the way home (also, if anyone wants to split can of race gas let me know). Take out any weight you can (spare tire, jack, floor mats, some people even remove back seat (I might), anything in the trunk and cabin that you dont need... it is said that 100 lbs = .10 seconds (or 5hp) so every bit adds up.

If you have a small portable air compressor bring it - lowering tire pressure while at the track can help traction at launch - since there is a gas station down the street tire inflation shouldn't be an issue, but compressor is more convenient.

Dont forget to bring license, registration, insurance. You will not clear tech inspection without them (I'm always amazed how often people dont have these).

If you are FI you will be under 14.00 - bring a helmet. (if you are NA it's not likely that you will break 14, but lets hope someone does).

It's $20 to race and they only take cash.

That's all I can think of - If I'm missing anything feel free to post it for the guys that haven't been before.

{damn, that ended up being a long post}
