Gary, i'm telling you your Berks must have gone bad. I've passed SMOG with both Kinetix and Fast Intentions HFCs

That's possible, when SLICK is on cold idle in the AM they make a noise/rattle until they warm up. Thought it might have been all the fabrication I've done to my HKS system but the noise isn't there with the OE cats on. Do BERK'S have a warranty....?

If the sensor goes out/goes bad for the cats, will the SES light pop on?

My light turned on a few days back, but I wasn't (and still haven't been) able to read the code... but the light turned off.

I'm worried that the cat may have burned out, since my G has been smelling a bit peculiar...

At my Smog check station it would pass, they said nothing about my intake and their only concern was the sniffer test. Stillen's z-tube/intake carries a CARB sticker, that's why I keep if for a back up...Gary

From the smog check I took with my BERK'S on they're wasted and there have been no SES warnings. It may be one of your sensors, but only way to tell is by having the code checked...Gary
