VIP Status?

has anyone recently ordered wheels from Status in torrance?
I ordered some wheels back in February and they still have not come in. But the worst part is they have not given me an update on where they are at.
I heard alot of good things about them but my experience has not been a pleasant one.

last thing i heard about Status is my friend took it 3 times for paint n they over sprayed ,scratched and got his car real filthy all 3 times, in other words they are unreliable.

Many of my friends/folks I know from SoCal have dealt with Status for wheels and other stuff. All but one (who had a not so good experience with them) have nothing but great things to say about them.

and the problems that person had sounded like they were caused by the body-shop that did the paint work and not status directly.

^ i have to agree with this guy the most but in general everybody. You need to talk to Rick. He is willing to help you out. And so far he is helping me out right now.

Rick's been updating me I have a set of wheels coming in from Japan too..., sorry about your unfortunate mishap, but I guess if they were work/venaci wheels- Work has been on Hiatus and über delays...VS-XX's have been on like a 4-3 month alone back order production ... So even after they're made there's logistics of bringing them here...

Rick said there's a couple pallets arriving(this past Friday)..., he's just waiting on customs to clear them out (I guess they're making them stay there (in LB) longer too now so the importer's now need to pay more duties on them.... Hopefully one of the guys will get back to you soon...come Monday or Tuesday.

Whoever is having a problem with their order or anything from Status, PM me. I'll get it taken care of. Give me your name, and a brief description of the problem. If it's wheels, please provide me with the specs of the wheel.

Many socal members can vouch for me, just let me know.

still have not got a pm or a call back. I am ready to cancel my order. They never gave me a receipt when I bought it so I should not have to forfeit my deposit.
