it'll be a whole west coast event. i want to organize different states with a head person to take count and control the caravans etc. ill get us more info soon, i wanna see how much interest we can get on this forum first and then invite the rest of the forums

Im down for like a 10-15 car caravan this summer to vegas. Get an idea and it'll be better for next year

 

we should do it around this time next year when its not TOO HOT!

 

We could use walkie talkie fir the caravan..have one for the person leading the caravan then one for a person in the middle and have one for the last person in the caravan!

 

^^^ yup keep the ideas going. we will have a main stop near barstow to gather all the caravans from everywhere. i know the exact place, cuz there is a gas station there and rest rooms.

i figure we need more then just 10 - 15 people we need at least 30-50 cars for a good practice for all of us. get us use to coordinating with each other and hopefully with that amount we can get a deal at a hotel etc

its only a 4 hour drive. ive done the drive many times without a stop. i think we could stop once in barstow and everyone should be fine. the problem with barstow is the off ramp and gas station gets super packed depending on the weekend and it could take like 30 minutes waiting to get back onto the freeway.

 

Like Mfest we would meet here:
Gold Strike Hotel parking lot. we would park to the first parking lot to the right off main street. this would be the meeting point for all caravans from everywhere

Wow this sounds sick! Been wanting to go back to vegas, any excuse will do, just depends on date, but count me in!
As far as stops, like sneat said barstow stop for **** maybe grub, in & out? And how about state line too?
