im thinking like aug/sept? maybe gas prices will drop by then, since gas will go up for summer and go down again for winter i believe

summer will be too hot for a outdoor meet up in Vegas and I don't think there will be enough time to pull some deals with this much people.

I say late Sept/early Oct when the weather starting to cool down, maybe last weekend of Sept. That will give us enough time to organize, contact local hotels for deal packages, and get head/car counts for those who are definitely wanting and willing to go.

To those that trying to organize this meet up, maybe you can start by getting estimate head counts and see what kind of deals we all can get for hotels, clubs, etc. Maybe do sign up sheet with contact info for better communication.

I'm down for vegas anytime as long I got 1 month heads up for work schedule. Plus, my cousin want to get a G35 soon so she probably would like to roll for the party.

I usually stay around that area, so I get a lot of "offers" for rooms...

 

guys you dont really wanna be here till about October, its gonna be hot as hell. the pavement at night is still hot and youll be sweating outside(august/september)

also i will be there even though its gonna be a far drive for me
